Dear sir, myself ketan dangi, from dhrangadha-surendranagar.since last 2 months of paying estimated value of rs 19491 I didn't get new meter in my premises.employees of pgvcl dhangadhra told to put new electric meter of 12hp electricity should be kept outside of my premises, thereof they i have area there always, full of crime .i have commercial connection which licensees are opolising me by getting cancel my application.sir, I am feeling mentally harass since a month.please kindly help me and provide a way.

I am nirav tripathi working as a branch manager of hdfc bank mundra location and every month i am paying my pgvcl bill via netbanking of bank

But this month bill i forgot to pay which was received on 12th july and today on 31st july officers from pgvcl has visited to home in my absence to disconnect the power, and their behavior was also not good, they were talking to me like we are some criminal and waiting for some judgement, which was highly shocking as in 15 days of delay how company can disconnect the power

While in other big corp orates or government offices are even not paying bills since last many months or years but there is no action being taken

Add: Mahatma Gandhi plot street no 12, nr parevadi Chowk, Bedi para, Rajkot, sub division aji 2, my self Vinod Rathod I complain is from last more than half and hour our all area electricity power is cut and your customer care number is not received by any one and your Jeep also not receiving my call please do the needful immediately

Respected Sir, I have paid INR 1625 for Consumer No. [protected] on Paytm vide [protected] dated 17 July 2016. But till now it is not updated in that consumer no.

I am not consumer of pgvclg but continuously getting message every month for cons no.[protected] name shedk harji nanji in my mobile no. [protected]
Kindly unsubcribe my mobile no. With this consumer ans stop sending any sms

With reference to cited subject, i have to inform that a wire of heavy powerline crossing over the neem tree near my residence at house no. 35, nagar palika colony, near pgvcl office, anjar (Kutch) had been broken on 27/06/2016 at about 24.00 hrs (Midnight) and was lying with live current on the land surface.

In view of the above, on complaining about the above incident to pgvcl, anjar on 28/06/2016 at 08.00 hrs. (Morning), a lineman has visited the spot and had joined the wire temporarily, which may create problems in future to my family members and also to nearby residents.

Hence, it is requested to kindly cut the long branches of the trees where the vij lines crossing over the trees in our society.

but it is still not paid, so please cancle my bill payment and refund my bill amount in my paytm wallet

So many electricity providers have receiving the payments through online stores like freecharge, paytm and mobikwik and many more. Why PGVCL not thinking of the services of public in gujarat state . All other state authorities are also thinking of this thing. And our hon. PM is also starting digital india campaign so why PGVCL not supporting the dream of the nation?? Do needful if possible.

I am living at bhavnagar, my son was in habit of drinking liquor, so i left my house, my son sold all the household things, and in a mishap died few months ago, after his demise i visited the house but all electrical apparatus including meter was not found. I talked with pgvcl staff, who are blaming all o[censored]s. I promised to pay all penalties and charges and also told them not to refund my deposit. But they are not hearing anything from me... What i am to do for cancelation of old connection, or for granting me new connection.

Respected one, i have applied for new electricity connection on 30-jan-2015 for my agricultural land located at village- mevasa dist-kutch. As per rules withing 90 day pgvcl has to give new connection on agricultural land but almost 11 months spend and yet i didnt get my connection. I am suffering from inconvenience given by pgvcl. Pls inform us at where loopholes ariese for giving us new connection. Waiting for favorable reply .

My consumer no is [protected].i wrote to themthis I am going out of india for 8 months so there will be no electrical consumption on my meter so please send minimum bill.they replied that you have to pay 2 bills for average amount and that amount will be adjusted when you come back.my average amount is 1800 per bill so it comes to 3600 rs, when I am not consuming any units and I am informing them in advance stii I have to pay average bill.they want to use my money without any interest to me.this type of norms are not consumer friendly.i do not understand logic behind the said norms.

Dear Sir, I had done bill payment of Rs 1878 wallat and 200 from netbanking. for service number [protected]. But now No one is reverting or taking complain from PGVCL office. Even surendrangar office all staff had gone at 5 pm. kindly confirm payment status.

Dear Sir, I/we am bhavesh makwana our address is 49/a bhagvati nivash, gam kuva pase, near goverment primary school, at po: nava ratanpar, pin 364070.There Our PGVCL Consumer No.is 60209/00033/3 we have applied to remove tc on dateed 29/06/215 and second application dated is 09/07/2015 but there is not to give any response from our local PGVCL sub division and we have atteched photo copy application. and PGVCL Electric Bill Copy. payment sleep... but not resolve my compleint

My self ps kansara residence at, 179/4, ward 4/b adipur (Kutch) we are facisng voltage functuation problem from last many days.
We are not in the possition to run the fan is anyother tubelight or frize or any bulb is on morever sometime it got high voltage till bulb got fuzed.

We request you to kindly look in the matter and take necessary action before it create any problem in to my house.

Dear Sir, here we are writing our request to please check below information deeply. we just got damarage from your side without any proper resone. at the tine when your staff person came at our site. they have not checked our electricity meter at present time (on 30th May 2015) . they also not made any complaint report or physical document also not provided us any types of physical document regarding this issue, we were available at time of audit but they have not ask us signature. we got annexure -A2 Form no.68487, which is completely provided with wrong information. for your king information here we are sending documents for the same. should you require any further information regarding any proof or any information feel free to contact me on my personal mobile no. NOT EVEN THIS BUT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROAD PGVCL MEMBERS HAD BUILT A CEMENT-BRICKS SUPPORT FAR AWAY FROM THE HOME AT THE CORE OF ROAD. WE HAVE COMPLAINT AT THE MAIN CT OFFICE, KHARGET BHAVANGAR BRANCH TO THE TECHNICAL OFFICER, M.M.PANDYA, BUT HE HAD NOT TAKEN THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND GAVE US A SYMPATHY ONLY. NOW AT THIS TIME A MAIN CABLE TRANSFORMER ALREADY CAME FOR FITTING, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO MAKE THEM STOP TO WORK. PLEASE FIND OUT THE TWO PHOTOGRAPHS. 1) THE DISTANCE BETWEEN CEMENT-BRICKS SUPPORT AND OUR HOME WALL. 2) THS DISTANCE BETWEEN CEMENT-BRICKS SUPPORT AND OUR HOME WALL ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROAD. i have complain against pgvcl bhavanagr. ... very very very poor services. each of two days they give power cut for more than 1 hr. why...? we have paid very high amount of charges ... can you just check how torrant power works. they also taking high amount ... but also they provide high service as well ... there is no unwanted power cut. i never seen in a whole month. and pgvcl i can not say but pgvcl should close now in whole gujrat ... now you are not capable to provide good service to cutomer. please try to give proper service or closr the dept. thanks.
