Dear Sir, I had done bill payment of Rs 1878 wallat and 200 from netbanking. for service number [protected]. But now No one is reverting or taking complain from PGVCL office. Even surendrangar office all staff had gone at 5 pm. kindly confirm payment status.

    I kindly inform to you, I (Madhav Texspin Pvt. Ltd.) facing problems like production loss and damaged electronics equipments of machineries due to heavy power fluctuation & power failure.

    we take connection from PGVCL, so this type of HT line disturbance does not favorable to me.so please take immediate action on this problem due to we save life of electronics equipment s of machineries & production loss.

      Dear sir,

      My self ps kansara residence at, 179/4, ward 4/b adipur (Kutch) we are facisng voltage functuation problem from last many days.
      We are not in the possition to run the fan is anyother tubelight or frize or any bulb is on morever sometime it got high voltage till bulb got fuzed.

      We request you to kindly look in the matter and take necessary action before it create any problem in to my house.

        Dear Sir, here we are writing our request to please check below information deeply. we just got damarage from your side without any proper resone. at the tine when your staff person came at our site. they have not checked our electricity meter at present time (on 30th May 2015) . they also not made any complaint report or physical document also not provided us any types of physical document regarding this issue, we were available at time of audit but they have not ask us signature. we got annexure -A2 Form no.68487, which is completely provided with wrong information. for your king information here we are sending documents for the same. should you require any further information regarding any proof or any information feel free to contact me on my personal mobile no. I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NEW CEMENT BRICK SUPPORT IS MADE IN FRONT OF OUR WALL OF HOME, WITHOUT EVEN KEEPING ENOUGH DISTANCE FROM COMPOUND WALL. NOT EVEN THIS BUT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROAD PGVCL MEMBERS HAD BUILT A CEMENT-BRICKS SUPPORT FAR AWAY FROM THE HOME AT THE CORE OF ROAD. WE HAVE COMPLAINT AT THE MAIN CT OFFICE, KHARGET BHAVANGAR BRANCH TO THE TECHNICAL OFFICER, M.M.PANDYA, BUT HE HAD NOT TAKEN THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND GAVE US A SYMPATHY ONLY.             i have complain against pgvcl bhavanagr. ... very very very poor services. each of two days they give power cut for more than 1 hr. why...? we have paid very high amount of charges ... can you just check how torrant power works. they also taking high amount ... but also they provide high service as well ... there is no unwanted power cut. i never seen in a whole month. and pgvcl i can not say but pgvcl should close now in whole gujrat ... now you are not capable to provide good service to cutomer. please try to give proper service or closr the dept. thanks.

              My self kripalsinh jadeja residing at sarapadar, dist jamnagar, we have connection in the name my grandfather mr. Udesand prabhatsang jadeja. We have applied for shiffting of connection within same servey no. Since last 6 months we have given frequent reminder for shifting of connectin, but pgvcl is giving irresponcible answer and giving answer like after 2 days, 3 days, 8 days etc. And no action has been tanken from their side. They are willingfully delay because to reach monsoon season

                I had power failure in my office...nd registered complain in PGVCL office...after 6 hours no one attended this complaint...and when I talked to with Mr. Jayesh Patel from PGVCL...he replied with awesome answer...He said..."We dont have spare persons...If you need Electricity Urgent..then Buy a Invertor or Generoter..."
                Is this the answer suppose to be given to a Customer...?
                I need Justification of this answer from this Particular Person...

                  Dear Sir, We have 3 units of 60 H.P. Each in kumbharwada, bhavnagar division, From the last 1 year there is regularly power cut problem in our all factories, our plastic extruder plant is continues process palnt and we have total 3 plants in one premises, we are ofenly facing power cut problem and loss many finacial loss and quality loss also, in our division all engineers and helpers no any kind of management so we are facing this problem. before few months i had complaint in rajkot division about this same issue, but there was no any progress. For example of power failure in last one week pgvcl staff coming for meter change in pol, but they were some mistakes in installing this meter and come 3 times and give us every time power cuts, we comalint in our division but there was no results. We also requests many times that please dont any interoutting in such type of work done on friday in power cut off time, but no any responce. Now please five me gandhinagar's complaint numbers or email id if you have or give us some solutions, beacause we are mentally and financially facing this problems of power cuts.                   Vivek you are right, i have same plastic extruder in kumbharwada circle, name om filaments, and i am also facing same problem of power cuts problem, pgvcl staff i dont know whtat do stupid works ofenly and we are loosing production and also loose quality in my products, in my neagoubers there was many factories but all had facing problems but no one here to listen coplaints in bhavnagar.

                    we have submitted a complaint regarding the replacement of damage electric pole before 1 month and follow -up lot of time, whenever we have visited office always we received answer that tomorrow your work will be done. but till date, there is no any action. As the pole is in very danger position and there is lot of house will be effected if it will be complete break and get down, as because the pole is on a circle there and lot of children...

                    Dear Sir ,
                    I have possession in company provided private owned one bhk room with self paying electricity bill as per actual consumption based electricity bill. But bill sent by the electricity authourity is not correct as we have onlly consumused 1250 unit but bill is showing 1650 unit. I personnality meet the mundra bill collection center they assured but result is nothing , Due to this , i stopped to deposite the bill then they cut the electricity . After depositing the bill as per meter reading and penalty 100 rupees extra they connected the line.But final reading bill is showing continue 1650 unit with a balance amount of nearly 2000 rupees as this should be zero . Now i have to vacant this flat and have to clear the electricity bill other wise these extra amount will be deducted in our account by our company. But due to many oral reminder they are as deaf .

                    I personnel feeling is that gujrat is best in comparision to other state in india but electricity authourity is worst than other states.
                    If any body can help on this matter i will be so much obliged for them.

Our PGVCL Consumer No.is [protected] we have applied to remove tc on dateed 24/07/2008 and second application dated is 01/10/2010 but there is not to give any response from our local PGVCL sub division and we have atteched photo copy of transformer at our home and application. and PGVCL Electric Bill Copy.

                            now pgvcl stand up T.C poll any where . or if you tell to remove they will not work properly. or they will gave big estimate so middle class family cant pay .so pgvcl have to punish and shoud have co oprate with ohere.

                            IF, INCASE POSSIBLE, PLZ.RE-INSTALLED THE NUMERICAL METER, INSTEAD OF DIGITAL MERER.THANKS.

                              DEAR SIR,

                              MY SELF AMIT PATHAK RESI. AT DC-5, ADIPUR. WE ARE FACISNG VOLTAGE FUNCTUATION PROBLEM FROM LAST 2 DAYS. WE HAVE COMPLAINED FOR THE SAME TO PGVCL, ADIPUR MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT OMING TO OUR HOUSE OR ANT GIVING PROPER ANSWER / SUPPORT. THEY ARE OFTEN ASKING THAT " IF WE HAVE PEOPLE, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU", BUT INSPITE OF MANY REMINDERS THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE YET.

                              TODAY THE PROBLEM TOOK BIG ISSUE. TODAY, WE ARE NOT IN THE POSSITION TO RUN THE FAN IS ANYOTHER TUBELIGHT OR FRIZE OR ANY BULB IS ON MOREVER SOMETIME IT GOT HIGH VOLTAGE TILL BULB GOT FUZED.

                              WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK IN THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION BEFORE IT CREATE ANY PROBLEM IN TO MY HOUSE.
