My cosumer number is [protected]. The meter was installed in November 2020 but after 7.5 months, still waiting for electricity bill.

Today (Dt.18.06.2021) there was light gone in the night at around 1.00 am.. i have two numbers of PGVCL area service provider : +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]
in both the numbers i have called from 1.15 a.m. to 2.15 a.m. continuously but messages comes like line is busy. (i have all phone call records and screenshot, pl see the attachment)

we are not fool people, we knows that they have put their phone aside and don't want to give the response.

As a genuine person, i would like to make a point here that if you want than you can goggle also and you can see that there are many peoples feedback for the same from so many time and the rating was also about 1.9 (Very worst pl find the attached screenshot of public rating and the comments).

so kindly look into this matter as you are promising for the 24*7 assistance but in actual you are failing on this promises.

A very worst service, so kindly take some positive action for the same.

My A.C. & Samsung LED T.V. got damaged because of light fluctuation and as voltage supply is not proper sometimes A.C. Makes noise as voltage go down alos it had get damaged last few days before along with samsung LED T.V., have Complaints several times but still same problem going on i with this to ask pgvcl Compensate for my things

Respected sir, My name is Sahdevbhai Rameshbhai Ghaghretiya (Taluka Panchayat Member- Ranpur Taluka). I am living in Village- Malanpur, Taluka- Ranpur, Dist.- Botad, State- Gujarat. we are experiencing the interuption in power for about 4 to 5 hours daily from about last 7-8 days. Also the Transformer and the pole near the farm of Keshubha Darbar have also been fallen from last 10 to 15 days and not working. There are 50+ connections of farmers under that transformer. Because of that Cattles as well as farmers are experiencing difficulty to get drinking waters. so we the all people of Malanpur village wants to submit a complaint about this and also expect the best solution and repair from pgvcl.

There is soo many time power cut off in night and Day in every month...And division landline number also dont work.

Hello, I am from New sagar society, kothariya road, rajkot.
We are facing power cut at night time since last 3 days. We don't know the reasons behind it. Today light is cut from 10:30 pm and at 1:45 am we are still waiting for light. Please give the true reason.

PGVCL has installed the HT pole just near our compound wall. While they installed the pole we were not in the town. We requested them to move this pole but no one at PGVCL is ready to listen to us. I have done several complains but they just to do care to understand. I complained on their website and got a complaint number. Just in 3 hours the complaint is closed. (attached for your reference as image)

During cyclone there has been cases where the pole has fallen apart. Imagine what will happen to my house if this pole falls on my house in worst case scenario... Who will be responsible for our life? Photos attached for your reference. We have sent them a formal email complaint but no response. This pole is high tension pole and as per laws this pole should be at least 10 feet away from my compound wall.

I have received a monthly electricity bill of Rs.4841.56
The unit consumed during the month is 673.
Consumer no is [protected] in the name of champaben Kalidas makadia
The reading of meter for last 06 months does not match with the present one.
So please look into the matter urgently and act accordingly other wise I have to approach consumer forum

My Self sumit ghedia I am leaving at madhav park 1 150 ft road mavdi rajkot here we soo many time face problems regarding a power cut off we call 500 time at pgvcl customer care number but no receive proper answer and they rudely talking with phone call ...very poor service pgvcl RAJKOT...

I am holding Electric connection of MGVCL Cons NO [protected] of my wife Dr Arti Choksi. I received
massage to pay due bills of rs 1843.16 on 8-5-2021 of March-April-2021. Instead of payment to MGVCL by
mistake I did online payment by BOB to PGVCL for same consumer no[protected]. When I inquired in PGVCL
online with same cons no[protected] no, Massage comes that consumer doesn't exist. I paid bill on 8-5-
2021 evening online by BOB account. Sending transaction statement of BOB with Payment ID :
BOB[protected] & massage for MGVCL bill payment copy . Please adjust this payment to my MGVCL authentic
bill. Let me know follow up. Last date of this payment is[protected] sir.

One ret touch that line and electricity cut down

In chotila, magharikhada three fase feedar, here is no current supply from last six days. Farmets are in trouble, their animals are also not getting the water. Six days is not a short time period, you can understand this.Please start supplying electricity as possible as early.

There is a power cut in our region( Kandar Colony, Jamnagar) since 2hrs which creates lot of troubles for all the people especially students who are highly relied on online education. Pls look after the same.
