I booked a Gas - Cylinder On - line as usual on April 17, 2014 Thursday and after eight days, I received a Message April, that the Cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But that "shortly" never came and instead to my utter surprise an utter inconvenience, I received a Message without any date in it, that the Cylinder has been delivered ! All these Messages are intact in my Mobile phone ! Finally, I re - booked the Cylinder on May 1, 2014, and again I got a recorded message that my Cylinder shall be delivered shortly ! Today is May 4, 2014 and yet thereare no signs of the Cylinder anywhere !As a matter of fact, Indane Gas has been giving us incessant troubles by late - delivery if Cylinders right from the time that we became registered user of it ! When do we expect to get the Cylinder ? Is it that the delivery - men are doing some extra - business by selling away our Cylinder to some other Customers ?
