        Hello
        I am chetan jadav from sanakhada (una gujarat). In our village power issue daily power gone in 4 to 5 times and return to power in half hour or 1 hours. We was complain many time but not solve this issue. We call una fault office but it can not receive any call. Also call in our helper but he not satisfied answer.

                    I have made application for new connection for the house wich is half built.
                    all the formality is complated and fee is paid but the pgvl officer in bagvader, porbander officer is not compling with it i have been at the office nearly every week and when i phoned one off them said if i ring him ohe will not answer also one off the officer told not use any electric to work for new house from my own house it will be illigal sorry sir i dont understand why is he telling me not to use power from my own house for my work . also he threatend me saying if i will come round and see u using any power form ur house i will fine you.
                    i m scared and helpless please help me i leave in village near porbander our office for billing is in bagvader
                    we need new connection everything is done but pgvls offcer is threatning me

                            A high voltage power line is passing through the society, moreover a pole is set just near my home which get flamed often and live wire cut and comes down often.

                                Over last bill is provision bill is 150 unit, we paid it. Next bill is regular bill but it total 491 unit, in this not to minus last provision bill in regular bill, why??
                                We can complain in over taluka pgvcl he said to 3rd bill in we can minus to your provision bill becose you paid in 491 unit in this already to second time we paid, but it not till now to minus we loss to around 800rs.
