Dear sir we face sprking issue in tranformer from long time inform many time to damor bhai and other concern wiremen but no proper fix issue so please do need full due to this issue our appliances are damaged and its very costly

Our society piller light is not working since 3 day's. soo do something before diwali.

Honourable Sir,
A high voltage power line is passing through the society, moreover a pole is set just near my home which get flamed often and live wire cut and comes down often.
We don't feel safe even in our home. We kindly edge to relocate the pole from my home .

I am from sonebhadra district o[censored].p. My mobile no is [protected]. A SMS from your PGVCL department is sent as balance bill amount vide customer no. [protected]. I am very surprised that how did my mobile no is registered in this connection. Whether I never gone in Gujrat. Kindly look into this matter and make correction in mobile no so that no any further SMS may be send on my mobile no.

Over last bill is provision bill is 150 unit, we paid it. Next bill is regular bill but it total 491 unit, in this not to minus last provision bill in regular bill, why??
We can complain in over taluka pgvcl he said to 3rd bill in we can minus to your provision bill becose you paid in 491 unit in this already to second time we paid, but it not till now to minus we loss to around 800rs.

We are living in shastri nagar ajmera nana mava road.
In our society since last 1 month any time power gone and it takes almost 2 to 3 hours.
Its usually in week 4 to 5 days.

I have complaint many times they said that our staff has resolved the complaint but nobody is visiting and when I call them 1 hr after they say they have gone to somewhere and then after 1 hour they are saying it will be solve in next day this problems is from one month and not resolved yet

Due to high voltage my solar panels is not working so my investment is west still I complained two times they come make reports and go nothing progress...

Continuous light in problem

In our society the voltage of the house light fluctuates. Please help improve this article or section by expanding it.

During lockdown period, i paid rs. 1636 online through net banking as my bill shown on pgvcl website. After that i received bill of rs. 3172 on date 02/06/2020. As i already paid 1636 on date 24/04/2020, i paid rs[protected] = 1536) through amazon pay on date 11/06/2020. Now i received bill of rs. 3593.99 on date 27/07/2020 in which it is showing that my pending amount 1089 after deducting covid relief of rs. 612.38 which was added in bill i. E. 2504.93 + 1089.06 + 3593.99. As i have already paid amount as below :
1636 paid on date 24/04/2020
1536 paid on date 11/06/2020
3172 total paid in two parts
Now how amount is pending of rs. 1089.06... Please clarify

As i understood i have fully paid amount of rs3172 in two parts, now i should not receive bill showing pending amount.

Hence i have paid only rs 2505 in present bill and not paid pending amount of rs. 1089.

Kindly look into the matter and now i should not receive any pending due bill.

We have got pgvcl connection with consumer number-[protected] and have recieved a bill of 15, 920 rs for the april-may-20' cycle... We firmly believe t that there is kind of calculation problem/malfunctioning /technical problem in the meter as bill is on a very very higher side...

There is also a load of 0.50 specified in the bill, request a clarification regarding that, why load has been imposed?

We request to check the meter once... We suspect a malfunctioning

We are a valued customer of pgvcl and we are having 65kva connection in the name of great india timber overseas, 287/1, mithirohar ghandhidham kutch-370201.

Sir we are having a continuous problem in power and its a ongoing problem round the year. Every year we are having power fluctuatian and heavy motors gets burnt and around 1-2 lacs loss every year due to this. Another than this power cuts off due to windy and light rain and power gets cut for 3-4 hours and due to that we have to run dg for that and around 7000/- to 8000/- diesel expense we bear daily and this is round the year. No proper maintainence is done and we always asked for permanent solution. But our complant had never been heard. We beg for the solution as we got no other solution to that, as its a monopoly business.

We desperately hope for permanent solution.
