Average meter reading is being taken since last two bill cycles on the ground of falulty meter... Meter was replaced, and meter was working at the time of meter replacement. I comlplained to patel colony, jamnagar to rectify my bill both orally and in writing with all facts and figures, so far no resolution...

Please look into this and oblige.

Four years ago a meterconnection has been demanded for home use but to date there has been no response when we go to the catchment division, it is said that we will get the time. The reason for not giving the connection is also not stated and it is replied that we will come when we get time for meter connection is requested for homeuse on 06/08/2015

Meter connection has been demanded for earth usage but to date no response has been received going there will tell us when we get timemeters have been demanded in four years for no response they also do not give a reason for the connection we will get time when we go to the catchment division that is the answer
It is advisable to conduct fraudulent activities with the division going there will tell you to steal electricity until you get a connection. But after four years, no answer has come going there will say that you are not without light and continue to do so as far as electricity is concerned.

Complaint Description : My field is situated in malbara vadi area in village Devda of kutiyana taluka of pbr dist agriculture connection line is of loose wire and possibility of accident moreover jumper is burned often so I registered complain to tight wire and change durable jumpers on 15 nov and complain no. Is 12457284 on customer care centre however up to this date complain is attended pgvcl is waiting for great accident or loss of anybody’s life.so it’s heartily requested to attend complaint

થંાભલો ૫ડી જતા લાઇટ આવેલ નથી અને તેના કમર્ચારી શ્રી અે આર ગોહીલ સાથે ટેલીફોનીક વાત કરતા તેઅો અે ૫ણ લાઇનહી આવે તેવા ઉડાવ જવાબો આ૫ેલા છેે અને અમોઅે તેમને લેખીત માં ૫ણ અરજી આ૫ેલ છે તેની નકલ મામલતદારશ્રી ઉના અને નાયબ કલેકટરશ્રી ઉના અને અઘીક્ષકશ્રી ૫ીજીવીસીઅેલ વતુળ કચેરી અમરેલી ને ૫ણ મોકલેલી છે તો આ૫ની કક્ષાઅે થી તુરંતકાયવાહી કરી તાત્કાલીક વીજ ૫ુરવઠો ચાલુ કરાવવા નમ્ર વીનંતી છે.

Mine commercial place is at near raiya circle rajkot. Right now we are not having electricity since 4 hours and this happen again and again from last month. This guys are not getting that we are at commercial place and if we not getting electricity for few hours again and again we may have huge loss in our business. For today when i complained they told one of fidders is under regular maintenance and every time when we complain they give us same issue.

In rainy season after the rain stopped more than 2 hours already passed, still we had not received power supply. This only happens in jamnagar, i had enquire to rajkot, junagadh where similar rain fall is there. But they hardly get power cuts while it's raining, that means something is wrong in my city only. Please upgrade the power supply availability in the city as it's essential services since independence.

Hi we are from bhambhan village of botad district from gujarat.
In our village we have jyotigram yojna of indian government and according to that we get 24 hour power supply. But last 10 to 15 days we have too much power cut problem. Daily light is gone and then we make a complain. For some time we get light and again same problem occur.
In this hot weather we must required light and same time we face this problem.
Indian government promise us that now farmer don't have power cut problem then what is this??
The people of pgvcl don't reliase our problem, kindly help us to solve this problem

The light is off since ast 2 hours i have register my complian on landline number of gandhidham pgvcl office on 221728 number but still no 1 have came to reapiar request you to send some 1 as soon as possible. Also the ther 3 face wir is openly conected anything happend any1 please send some and tell to do wiring in proper way right now the woring of 3 face wire is done dngerously it is my humble request to you make it oroperly nd also strart light as soonas possible.

As per pgvcl policy we paid RS 7500 for cottation before 3 months and that time your officer said connection are given to 2 months. Now problem is no connection given at our farm.and that time I go to pgvcl office your officer not answering any questions. Pls request to help us.

Hello sir,

I have been working from home for the past few days and internet is a necessity for me to work. There are sudden power cuts in our society and absolutely no response from the services/customer care team. Whenever I call either the number is busy or no one picks up the call. It's been 3 hours and electricity is still not here. My work is stalled and jeapordized due to such service. Please look into the matter.

I live in mahuva, sanghediya bajar area, we people of this area are facing powercut constantly.. they give lame excuses about transformer everytime .. everyday there are powrcuts .. i request that if government cant handle plz give to private sector so atleast we can get service which we pay for ...when we call for asking either they put down the phone and keep it engaging or give us reply rudely like we dont pay for the services... Look at torrent in Ahmedabad look at their service ... Government want people to change but i ask them to change the service which they give ... We give our hard earned money to them for the service which we never get ...

Sub: Grievance against frequently tripping down of electrical supply.
Ref : Ghanteshwar vardhaman SRP camp area.

With a view to tripping down of electrical supply on intermittent base since last 10 days in this context I would like to ask your offices that how does it happen? If is there any fault has been reported which is under the maintenance then it is can be understood for certain period but within a no time or within a fraction of second your lineman is putting electrical supply off & on. This kind of irresponsible act resulting into shock fire of our home appliances due to sudden load of electrical supply.

2. By this letter I wanted to know that who has given such type of order to frequent tripping down in SRP camp area. If so, any casualty happen than I will fix your concern engineers responsibility under legal act, which may strictly note.

3. Very often I had draw your attention towards this kind of the act happen even register my complain at your customer care centre as well inform to your offices on mobile phone but no action taken till today.

Looking to the intensity and seriousness of the matter I requesting you to look into the matter and give clarification to the undersign within 8 days.

Due to lack of poor power distribution circuits during the hot summer season the input voltage is fluctuates in all power appliances. For safe and efficient operation of power appliances stable input voltage must be required.The onus on you to rectify this poor voltage circuits and recommended to change the phase of line.

In FEB-MARCH-2019 PGVCL Bill Rs. -360.36 ( Rs.360.36 deposited with pgvcl-as I am having solar roof top plant.)

While
In APRIL-MAY -2019 PGVCL Bill they have deducted Rs.280.59

Means Rs, 79.77 less deducted.
if error that money I must get or correct, please explain How. ?

I am gulabray narwani living in adipir ward 6-a house no 384-a dubai textile today we received pgvcl outstanding notice through post i pay my all bills tyme to tyme 4 month ago they change my electricity mittre they told some problem in this miter then they tested our meter without our present without any information now they send 28000 rs notice they told us we test your miter in lab there are some point difference so you liable to pay this amount
1st how can they test our meter without our present
It's not right and how can i trust on this bill because we received notice in plain paper there are not pgvcl stamp or not any type of latter pad i have my last 8 month bills and payment receipt my avarage bill is 2000 to 2500 now i am in a big trouble please help me please please solve my problem

With reference to above mentioned name of sachin arora, icici current bank account number[protected] mundra gujarat branch. I would like to bring to your kind knowledge that i had made a transaction consumer number [protected] towards gujarat electricity board for rs 10000/- against electricity bill payment dated 24/10/2018 but the transaction failed first time but was successful second time but my account has been debited reference no pici[protected] dated 24/10/2018 against the failed transaction also. We are continuously inquiring about refund for said amount but there is no response any side and yet not refund amount in my account, so kindly looking to the matter seriously and do the needful by crediting my deducted amount with interest as soon as possible.
