PGVCL — Irresponsible answer | |||
I had power failure in my office...nd registered complain in PGVCL office...after 6 hours no one attended this complaint...and when I talked to with Mr. Jayesh Patel from PGVCL...he replied with awesome answer...He said..."We dont have spare persons...If you need Electricity Urgent..then Buy a Invertor or Generoter..." Is this the answer suppose to be given to a Customer...? I need Justification of this answer from this Particular Person...
