PGVCL — Many time complaint against mamsa sub division service and power tripping problems

As per subject to above, I would like to inform you that we are from Shellmech Precision Cast Pvt. Ltd. and our HT consumer no is 24918 and our feeder is yogeshwar, We have in business Investment casting since last 5 years. we are facing power cut and tripping problems in 2 to 3 time during the week and many time in the day, since last 2 year unnecessary reasons and without inform us, Ours is not really a new locality. It got electricity connections many years back. We are using induction furnace so we are using 24 Hr. continue process, during the our process if power cut or tripping so we make huge loses, so it effect our business and The factories in the region are compelled stop their working by want of electric electric power and, therefore suffer the great loss of business. Sometimes, the current is turned off for several hours in a very stretch.
Also we many time request to remove crossing from our ` industrial feeder` from other local feeder but our town Engineers call not received. I didn’t getting positive response from mamsa sub division staff. And any authorized person DE, GE, or Fault Centre and also linemen do not received our call or disconnect the our call and some mobile number is always switch off
I was suffering a lots of problem for this issue. And not special line men or helper in GIDC areas so i want kindly request you please allot any linemen with helper
I request you, therefore, to see that the power plant and other section at the place is thoroughly checked so that there is no chance of the failure of power supply in future. We are waiting for your kind consideration.
The real condition is very difficult to cope up. Please send someone to examine the situation and take necessary action for getting the problem resolved. We would appreciate a prompt action on this matter.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
