PGVCL — New connection delayed beyond 2.5 months

Detailed Description: We are exhausted from repeatedly visiting the offices. We have visited both the Vartej Subdivision and Bhavnagar Main Division offices multiple times, yet no one provides any answers, not even those in the highest authority.

This is at all not acceptable.
This is harassment and non professional behavior.

No one is willing to accept complaints, and we are repeatedly provided with the same contact numbers. We have called various high-level officials (as listed above) at least a thousand times, yet 95% of the time, our calls go unanswered. This situation feels like harassment, is a complete waste of time, and the helpline is essentially ineffective.

And we have heard that this is normal behavior from Vartej S/D Sub Division.

Appropriate action should be taken against those responsible for causing such significant delays in the connection.

There are also other residents in our society whose connections have been delayed for over three months.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue, as we are currently living on rent, and our home loan EMIs have already begun.
