Phed, Rajasthan — again charge paid water bill with penalty

Res sir/mam, rs 182/- (165+17-penalty) have charged in current month 06/2018 billing but i have already paid these amount rs 165/- online through phone pe appon dt 25.2.18 before last dt 27.2.18. Phone pe customer care confirmed me and told me that billing operator department/provider (Phed) has confirmed payment rs165/- successful & provide ref id (Operator refrence id)-phnnx[protected]. So adust these amount which is reflect in current month billing of june-2018 as previous balance (Rs182/-) with penalty (Rs17/-) due to again paid with current billing amount rs523/- (182+220+110+11) on dt 16.6.18. Consumer uniq id[protected], current a/c no - f-04-019, consumer name - harbhaj/maniram, transaction id[protected], transaction date-25-2-18, receipt no-[protected],
