Phed, Rajasthan — bill status has not been updated

I have paid my water bill in the month of december, 2019of ₹165 through amazon and also i got the operator reference number also. After in february i got the notification that bill has been issued, i again just made the payment. But mistakenly i paid the bill twice of december and my bill of february is still due. I contacted the biller but i haven’t got any satisfactory answer. Please go through my concern and give any resolution asap, i am attaching the reference number with this complaint
