This is with regards to the bill no: 1857 generated on 09/02/21 with the bill amount of Rs 536. The CI no is[protected]ASHOK JAIN).
I have already made the payment for this PHED Jaipur water bill on 21/02/2021 using Amazon pay (Order Id#[protected]. The payment was successful but it is still not reflecting on your side. It's being more than a month, and it still says that the amount is due....

Sorry to inform you that I have paid PHED Jodhpur water bill amount rs 6238 on 16 Mar 21 using net banking SBI vide DOITC reference no.49906602IGAKTDUSN4 transfer to [protected] RAJCOMP INFO Service, but is not being reflected to PHED Jodhpur Rajasthan . Also I got s sms by JK-RAJSMS stating transaction of Rs.6238.0 has been success on[protected] and receipt number is:[protected].

In our Indra colony in front of plot number 64 the water line damaged.

In our locality, near sindhi temple, Adarsh nagar, ajmer-305002, there is scarce availability of water. Hardly 3-4 buckets of water in every alternate day is what we get that too with very low pressure.
The main reason behind this is:
1) In many houses, people have taken 2-3 illegal connections for each house, that in turn adversely affects other houses of locality
2) Most of them, even connects direct motor to pipeline, to extract more water at the time of supply.
No government authority is taking any steps to solve our problems inspite of complaining so many times.
Please take the required action to solve this problem.

Namaskar, we are 10 to 12 consumer in our street suffering for less even nil water supply. All lines of nearby Street are best water supply. Last year also our water line was broken and repaired by department.
Now also we think that the line is broken from some where in our Street.This line is very old and repaired many times.

Here our sincere request to you to resolve the water supply issue of our colony which we are facing from last 25 to 30 day's. Sir, Even your duty staff have visited to our colony & checked the issue by house to house & found that more then 50% person's still not receiving the Govt water supply due to the less supply of water or lack of pressure of water in pipelines.
Sir, So we all members of colony request you again to check the issue at your end & Plz do the corrective action as best possible.

Sir the timming of our water supplies is too much early in the morning and in winter times we couldn't able to store some quantity Of drinking water . The timming of water become 2:30am to 5:30am . We call our water operater and request him to please change the timming of water but he couldn't not response us . And currently our area faces this type of serious problem., We requested you to kindly take a grant action and solve this type of problem .

I have 2 inactive metered connections at my house.
One of the connections is leaking now and the private plumbers are saying that this can be fixed by only the plumbers of PHED.
I therefore request you to help me by getting the leakage repaired and replacing the inactive meters.

I've made July bill payment of Rs. 734 on 22.07.2020 vide e-mitra CID code[protected], But again wrongly paid the same bill on 26.08.2020 with Rs. 807.
Hence this should be adjusted in future bills, but not adjusted and send the bill of Rs. 367 in September 2020.
Kindly adjust the amount....

We received a water bill for march to june 2020 amounting to rs. 2651/+ (Emitra key[protected]. However the bill till may 2020 had already been paid via google pay amounting to rs. 1100/- on may 22, 2020.
Kindly rectify the bill sent to us.

मेरे bill मे कोई भी बकाया राशी नही थी । फिर भी online bill payment करने पर extra charge Rs=182 कटा (bill payed on 26/07/2020) ।
फिर दूबारा बिल बकाया बताने लग गया और 29/07/2020 को मेने वापस pay किया तो 165 रूपये bill pay हुआ ।
इस प्रकार bill दोबार pay हो गया अतः मुझे मेरी राशी refund/लोटाये ।
तथा अब भी bill due बता रहा है इसे भी दूरूस्त करे ताकी मे आगामी bill pay कर सकू।
मेरी राशि की शतीपूरती भी करे।

An average bill was presented to the complainant in the form of door locked and the complainant successfully deposited the average bill on time. The amount of average bill was further added in the subsequent bills of the upcoming two months, issued to the complainant, despite depositing the average bill on time. On inquiring about the same, the phed authorities refused to provide any satisfactory solution and discarded the application in the pretext of not being under the provisions of the concerned rules. This caused a financial loss and interrupted water supply. This callous attitude of the phed authorities caused severe mental agony to the complainant. This complaint is, therefore, being lodged in order to seek remedy to the distress caused.

I am a resident of jodhpur & my account no is 31c09-071 in the name of my mother smt sampat devi. I had received a bill of rs 1418/- from last few months. On inquiry it was informed that due to construction work the water bill is higher. It is requested that the repair work of the house was started in oct-2019 and after death of my father the work has been completed in dec -2019 and for which extra bills had already been paid. You are, therefore, requested to reissue the rectified bill and obliged.
