Emitra key no[protected] and[protected] with named krishnkanta and maheshchand respectively have already paid their previous bill online through your official website for may 17 on 18/05/17 with receipt no [protected] and [protected] respectively. Now when i am trying to pay the july 17 the website is still showing the bill payment due for may 17. Kindly help and rectify accordingly so that the due bill for july 17 may be paid online.
