Phed, Rajasthan — water bill not received last seven months

Dear sir,

This is inform you that jaipur jhalana dungri area in water bills are not received last seven months. Because staff not deliver bill to consumers. Last time i given writing complain to mr. Gupta.
Last time i am complain in malviya nagar secter 3 jaipur office rajasthan. But not action against on complain for staff.
So, please give me clarification.
