I as a house wife looking for part time job. I came across a data entry company phenix data outsourcing pvt ltd which is based in pune-kothrud. To start getting my assignment they asked me to pay a registration amount 3000 rs through google pay on an individual account his name is : sunil laxman rathod - [protected]@ybl. And once i completed my registration they sent me an agreement to sign so that i will start getting my assignment. I received an assignment of 150 images to be typed on 150 pages and send them back within 15 days. These images were intentionally messed up & intentionally there were spelling mistakes in images where in it was very difficult to read a single line. Still i manage to complete 150 pages with in 15 days and manged the quality of only 3-5 mistakes per page which were around 97% of quality i achieved. Company asked me to wait for 12 days to get my qc report and everyday i call them they started delaying my qc report. After pushing for about a month they checked my 3 pages and pointed out around 15 silly mistakes like space missing, & comma missing and some spelling mistake. And than they said sorry you had to achieve 90% of accuracy in whole 150 pages.in each page there were around 600 words and so only 10 mistakes i can do or else my project was terminated. So when i call them to discuss this than receptionist named sampada was rude and started threatening me with legal action will be taken. And they will not pay me amount of 11250 rs of my assignment & 3000 rs of my registration. They told me you have signed an agreement and we will not refund you any amount and also they will not pay my wage also. And also they threatened me for legal action if i write a review about them. I have this in the mail. I will attach the mail also where they have sent me all this. Now they have stopped responding to my mail.
