Philips India — 40 inch philips led tv model : 40pfl4650/v7. tv lost display | |||
We purchased 40 inch philips led tv model : 40pfl4650/v7 on 15/10/2015. Tv lost display on 27th july 2016. When we registered complaint, technician told us display panel/tv needs replacement. Tv is under warranty but there is no further action or response from phillips in spite of frequent contact with area service manager or customer care. They are not responding and service manager is telling us to buy bigger tv with differential price. Was this information helpful? | |||
