Philips India — 43 inches branch new led tv | |||||
Have purchased a 43" led tv in jan 2017. When the tv was installed it was found that the input email was already displayed showing searched sites on the tv. To which the technician told me to check with the company if the same is a used tv. On informing the dealer they said it is a company issue. After several calls and reminders after 2 weeks finally it was informed that the tv was opened for testing and on closing the same the technical engineer forgot to format the searched site. Which sounds fake to me. Hence i told them to send me an email confirming the same as was mentioned on the phone by a philips mumbai officer. They reverted that the company policy does not allow them to send emails like that. I informed them that since it is an error from the company i would need an email confirmation or else a replacement of the tv. However i have may doubts if the tv is really a packed piece? Since the display showed searched sites hence it could be a used tv given to me.. The officers in philips are taking their own time to resolve my query which is not appreciated. I need some one to loo k into this matter urgently since everyone i speak to has been passing the problem to the next person kindly investigate as to why such a reputed company is handling the issue so un-professionally?
