Philips India — 43" led tv not working | |||||
Have registered the below complain of my 43"led tv 43pfl4351. (Mahavir enclave 110045 new delhi) There is no action being taken till date. I have then called the customer care and a technician visited my place since the tv is just 45 days old. The technician mr. Girish checked the tv and conveyed to me on 05 march 2017 that the tv panel or logic card is failed and he would report the same to the office (Vg services). After that no action is taken and dont understand want action is taken by philips since i am not having any follow up communication neither any deadline commitment by the philips for the part or product replacement. Such behaviour by a huge brand like philips is not at all expected. I understand philips should have taken care of offloading the service to the third party agency with some responsibility and follow up. The below query was registered on the philips website. "onfirmation Dear mr. / mrs. Jitendra, We have received your inquiry and will answer your question within 24 hours. With kind regards, Philips consumer care You submitted following inquiry: Tv is having white lines while it is getting on... And it gets switched off in 1 minute. There is no picture on the screen. The tv is making sound while it is on. It is just 30 day... And tv is making issues. I demand for replacement..." Kindly look into the matter urgently. And i demand the extension of of my warranty period by these many no operating days of my led tv. Was this information helpful? | |||||
