Philips India — 55 inches tv under warranty

Shame on this company! Complaint no del[protected] is unresolved since april 2018,

They have informed that the replacement tv has arrived a week back but still no communication,

Have spoken to 15 people at least since april please tell how many people we need to speak to to get this resolved. Last resort will be ministry of consumer affairs
