Philips India — 55" led screen has black spot inside the screen. | |||||
I have Purchased 55" LED TV on 15th Sep -15 from Old Padra Road, Vadodara. I have complained the Black Dot inside the TV screen, second time within 6 Months. Last time same problem and Philips Care has been resolved but again same problem found. I Have complained again on 20th March 16 but still no people has attained. Now I would like to replace the new LED TV. Company is not ready to replace the same. Kindly take this matter seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||||
