Its been more than 3 days that i have been send back and forth between Domlur & Banaswadi branches Bangalore to get the small work done. Both claims that my are doesn't come under them and try to push back to the other group. I talked to Domlur branch Manager Kanakaraj as well. If its not happening today he himself is claiming that i have to wait till Monday. I have mode more than 20 calls to both these branches and tried reaching out to your technicians as well directly.
Is this the kind of service that you provide? As a customer I am highly frustrated and disappointed. Please take some action and define the areas clearly to each of your branches.
