Dear Recipient,
I lodged complaint ( Service request No.[protected] for Philips music system purchased on, which still covered under warranty period. Same got out of order after using five months. Purpose to purchase trustworthy brand music system was durability and quality service. Both were being compromised with me as music is still unresolved yet even after multiple companie's vender service engineer visit.
Every time service engineer visited for rectification but ended up saying parts are faulty, would be replaced in the next visit due to spare shortage from company side.
As I planned to use music system on auspicious event of Ganesh chaturthi but unfortunately I won't use it which directly means that philips produc is useless for me.
Above experience is the worse one that I've ever gone through. Now I want a complete compensation for the bad product experience along with produc replacement or money must be paid back to me.
