Philips India — bad product and services of tv | |||
We buy a 42'' tv product of Philips since 2015 5 year warranty tv. then 1st year tv was good working condition 2 nd year there is tv speaker was damage automatically then i complaint and engineer coming and replace the speaker again 3rd year my tv display was gone again i complaint but that service was not good its. That time 15 to 22 days to change the display of the tv and 4th year its working fine but 5th last year again display was gone and now services engineer coming and say parts 2 to 3 months is not available to change the display, so what we want to do now I want to do better now. I do not know the rest and the company should not bitter such waste products back its a bull [censored] product that time i spend my 48000 rs for buy a tv Was this information helpful? | |||
