Philips India — Bad Service | |||
Dear Sir, I am a Philips customer, We purchased a 32" LED in November 2012 from Next in Lajpat Nagar. After warranty we took AMC in 26/06/2015 to 26/062017. But now i did complaint 28 December, executive came and check the LED and take documents he needs. but we have no response. we did again and again. after 1 month he bring TV with us and said some part will change and we will deliver in evening or tomorrow. but I did a call at 31 January, he said today evening he will deliver. But in the evening he said tomorrow he will change the part of TV and deliver after 2 or 3 days. Sorry sir but i have been very frustrated now for your service in future we will not purchase any product of Philips. Please do the need full.
