Philips India — BUY @ UR OWN RISK - WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE | |||
I had purchased a food processor, and there was some problem with it within a year. I had registered a complain with the service desk and they said that the technician will contact me within 8 working hours. I had registered this complain on the 10th of march, 2015, and m still waiting for their 8 hours to get over! And above all, I received a message on 17th march that my complain has been closed, and not even a single person called me. I again called them up, and the customer care representative pleaded and said that the technician will come to my place by next day 12 noon. still no contact. I called them again on 23rd March, and they were 'REALLY VERY SORRY', and said the technician will contact me. And m still waiting!!! I could have got my food processor repaired from a local shop, but now I really want to see how long can a company like Philips take to provide after sales service. I am using LG products too, and I can say that the after sales service of LG is commendable, the technician visits and repairs within 24hrs. of launching complain. Learn something Philips.!!!
