Philips India — cheating and poor service

Those I have a good experience of Philips products but this time I feel so sad about Philips because they(service centre persons) cheated me. They charge me ₹ 500 for battery and just adjusting connection of charger. Also I have to travel three times there for just trimmer. Even the technician which was a bus conductor before now he is technician at Philips Namely Mr.Jalal ul din Sheikh.(jala) . The service centre is namely Big Shah at palladium gali near vip show room, Lal chowk Srinagar Kashmir. My name is Bilal Beigh. If you want to reach me my number is [protected].
