Philips India — Cheating customers, very poor response | |||||
1. Cheating: Toll Free number is charging customers I called [protected] on 6May17 10:25am. This number is listed as Toll Free Number. After much waiting they picked up the phone and at the end of the call I was charged Rs 20.03 for 801 second call. This is cheating your own customers. 2. Very Poor Response I put a request WO160-[protected] to service a home appliance on Wed 3 May17. Today is 6May17 it is not resolved. Calling again and again Customer Care they give me to contact service provider Swaraj Enterprises [protected]. Mr Sudam Kale of Swaraj Enterprises says the engineer has gone on leave. When he comes back he will call you! This is very pathetic response to Philips Customers! Was this information helpful? | |||||
