Sub : complain number : ban[protected] Am writing this email to express the terrible service you people have served for my television panel replacement. It's been 3months since the day i have launched the complaint against tv screen issue, till now there's not even been one single update. I have been calling your customer service numbers multiple times and was advised to launch a complaint which has been done way back, the deadline was given to me as on sep 1st week, i was also coordinating with your representative who has not helped me either. Its really hard to believe that companies like philips are being soo pathetically annoying in servicing field. Have you people ever heard about the concept of crm (Customer relationship management). I would strongly recommend you to replace my television set at the earliest if not i will definitely take this legally.
