Dear sir,
I raised my first complaint in march 20 2018 for display problem since the tv is in warranty the replaced tv in july 2018 after a long delay in replacement process so when the replaced tv is installed in two days again some other problem occurred in the product but the tv service center or philips management didn't give proper response and the finally i got series from the company by the executive. Not even completed 2 months again same problem now i raised one more complaint the are misguiding me and making delay in products.
Following complaint numbers. Ban[protected] and ban[protected]
All those services manager never receive the call. Even if they receive they request us to wait 5 working days but never fulfilled what they said. I fade up with this people kindly do something on it.
