This is regarding my complaint for repair of philips 43 inch led tv display. After making complaint since last two and half month, the problem is still there with so much of harassment. The complaint reference number was run made on 25 june 2018. Here the service engineer visited, took the tv and delivered the tv after 7 days on receipt of service charges. But after two hour is show many black line in display. We had complaint this issue to service men on call. But unfortunately the problem still persisted. On making contact with philip customer care regarding this issue, every time his say my phone is currently switched off, then we registerd another number on philips portal and register complaint again but again the problem still presisted, he was told the call is closed. After many days i got a sms saying the complaint no ran[protected] has been logged. But sadly again there is neither any call nor any visit happened afterward. So i had to make a complaint again via phone. This time again i was told the call is closed. You have to register another complaint and you need pay service visit charges before it is attended. I must say i have not expected such harassment from company like philips for such consumer issue. I really don't know how to escalate this issue or should i take help of consumer forum for legal action.
Can you please look into this and guide for a resolution.
