Philips India — Complaint not resolved for more than 15 days. | |||
Had registered a complaint with the Philips call center. Complaint number PMUM[protected]. False promises given by service center person Mr Sayed Hamid that we will get the replacement but the same has not be done. There is no call back from your service center. Your call center are not aware of the status of the complaint and are routed to service center. From last 16 days we are following with your service center team but till now no resolution. I have not seen such a pathetic service in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||
