I have logged a complaint on 28th January 2017 for my mixer grinder and received a message that a technician has been assigned for my request.. my repair request number is 60-[protected].. received a call from a technician asking irrelevant questions as in where do you stay and that is far so we cannot come for a small complaint there.. is it really Philips? Since then we have requested twice giving them a reminder to fix up the issue but still the same.. is this the way you treat your customers Philips?
Didn't expect this from a well known successful brand..
