Philips India — Customer service and repair | |||
In April i gave a home theatre to be repaired in the service center named Techno Kare, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. I got a call regarding the expense 1 week after and i agreed for it to be repaired even though they said that cd player will not work.But i contacted them in may and there was lockdown so they refused because of company guidelines and now its been 5 months. From the last two months they are not picking up the phone any of the numbers. I was fed up and called Philips customer care and they gave me the number of Area manager named Sumesh and now he is also not picking up the phone call.Please look into the matter quickly as its been 5 months since i gave the product Was this information helpful? | |||
