Philips India — display not working. (model no : 43pft6100/56) | |||
As i brought this tv from dubai, and it is working for past 7 month. Now it not switching on. I check with philips authorised service centre at kochi (Kerala) and ask then to give the tv to them. Beginning they told it is board complaint, after a month they told me that it is panel complaint and it is difficult get the same in india. They told me to take back tv. So i went their to collect product, when i see the tv its led display panel is physically damaged, and it not at all the condition were the product given. I am very disappointed the way the service centre people reacted. I felt they mishandled the unit and the panel got damaged. I request philips india to intervene the issue with concerned service centre. I attaching the work order copy issued by the service centre. Was this information helpful? | |||
