[Resolved]  Philips India — Fake Service Commitments

I have been fooled by your fake services centre - Anand Enterprises, These guys are not capable enough to fix the issues, they did not fix the problem however took money on fake commitment to fix in 2 days. Why this enquiry was closed before our confirmation, i want this to be re-opened and escalated to the higher level as this is clearly false commitments made by Philips, this is services philips is offering to his consumer, i'm highly dis-satisfied with the way my enquiry dealt by Anand Enterprise (Deepak or whosoever), they made false commitments and failed to fix the problem and wrongly closed the enquiry, this enquiry would be taken off to Delhi consumer forum with all phone call records that we made to get the problem fixed.
