Philips India — Faulty iron | |||
I had purchased philips iron model diva, model GC137, serial number:[protected] on dated 22 june 2016.the produt is under warrenty for two years.the iron got sparked on 25 april. i purchased it from Vikas electronics Suratgarh (sriganganagar), rajasthan. i gave the product to the shopkeeper, He told me there is no warrranty of cable, if there is no warranty, than cable should not be faulty in such a short period of time.on checking the cable, he found that the insulation of all the three wires of the cable were broken at many place and the whole wire was not usable. the quality of the products of philips was never so bad as i have many products of philips.please rectify the problem at an earliest. DISPLAY NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND engineer had say to me the one part of the board are replaced but now no responce to Philips side and my TV not working reference No. DEL[protected] will be serviced by sunil[protected], SVC Point [protected]
