Philips India — fire in mother board | |||
I purchased a philips led tv one year two months before with extended warranty of two years. I have raised the complaint on 05-may-2018 regarding fire in mother board but still my issue not resolve yet. I am continuously follow up with associated persons who is handling my case but they always reply back that parts not available right now, it will take some days to resolve. Its been almost 2 months i am not getting any support. Please look in to this matter on priority. How it is possible for a company like philips that tv parts not available for almost two months. This is big harassment to customers who have shown faith on company. My complain no is afm[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
