Philips India — headphone replacement

I bought an earphone on 1st august 2018 with 6 month warranty. One side is not working so, i tried to replace that in philips service centre at pimpri in pune maharashtra. I have contact service centre. They told me that there is not available headphones from last 2 month. I was submitted my headphone 3 month to service center till not replace my headphones and customer care nit receiving the calls so i want to complaint on philips company so where i where to complaint on philips company
