Philips India — headset not replaced/money not refunded/no proper response | |||||
Hello Team, I had given for a headset replacement at MRT ELECTRONICS Bangalore as it was under warranty period. Model Number Philips SHQ 1205 7-8months ago but still they have not replaced it. They say product is not available and they will refund the money back. They are giving various dates and Various answers but of no solution. I need my money back as it is been already so many months. They are just asking me 20 days whenever I call them. I left following them as I am tired of their fake things since these many months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
