PGUR[protected] (12/06/2014 10:30AM) of my TV 32. A Mechanic visted at my
home and told that the parts shall be changed within 2-3 days but after
passing about 20 days nothing has been done. I have so many times
requested over phone/mail but no satisfactory reply is being given to me
which is a very carelessness on the part of a prestigious company. Now
days TV has become a very special thing in the life of a man. May I know
when my complaint will be entertain?
