Philips India — led 32 smart tv not working properly

Myself krishnamurari vishvanath dubey advocate high court bombay have purchased 32 inches led smart tv from vijay sale virar west dist. Palghar maharashtra on 24.10.2019 delivered on 25.10.2019 and installation done on 29.10.2019 but since than networking and miracast facilities available in tv is not working. I asked with the person who had come for installation but he could not resolved it saying that he does not know about the same.

So you are hereby requested to consider my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible failing which i will constrained to take proper legal action for the same. So please do needful.
