I purchased a 55 inch led tv with 5 years of warranty i registered the complaint on 6th april 2018 that my tv screen has gone black it's been almost 2 months. Engineer's visited my house they told that the set will be replaced but when i contacted the kolkata's branch manager "sadiq khan" he said that philips company has been shut down so we can't do anything. I need a replacement or i need my money back... Worst service and i will suggest everyone not to go with this brand again Was this information helpful? | |||
