Hi, my complaint #ban[protected] for my tv is still not resolved for about 3 months now. The tv is with your authorised service centre. Whenever i contact them, they keep telling me that the part replacement is pending from philips warehouse. Is this is the kind of warranty service you promise to your loyal customers. If my issue is not resolved immediately, i will be forced to initiate legal action. Please address my issue and resolve. Thanks...
