My brother purchased philips led tv 40pfl5059 on 09/11/2015 from mumbai with 5 years warranty.
On 04/07/2018 he registered a complain and an engineer from your service franchisee "shraddha enterprises", mukadam compound, opp ashar electric work, general a k vaidhya marg, malad east, mumbai - 97 came and inspected and collected rs 944/= as service charge and detected that mother board of tv is faulty and need to replace the mother board.
Call no mentioned on receipt is mum[protected] and receipt no is 021543.
Almost two months passed and nothing done by company till now and now service centre also closed down.
