Imade a complaint and my complaint no is plud[protected], the complaint is that when you put it on it comes to stand by then it goes to main on selection where as now it was functioning erratically some times it will work and some times it wouldn't work. Complaint was-attended by the mechanic-from service center ludhiana. He diagnosed that motherboard is faulty and the order for another mother board was put in by the manager of philips service center. After ten days a new mother board came and on replacing the new mother board it was detected that the new one is also faulty. Now who so ever is in charge please answer what is the use of you being in place, name of the company is put to dust. Sorry for harsh words and expect some speedy action on my tv thx Was this information helpful? | |||

On 18th July 2016 product was defective I have complain same day but they are not ready to take product they only saying visit service center they are not ready to take product but I don't want that defective product pls try to solve this problem urgent basis
