Philips India — Led tv 4900 series | |||||
Hi my name is Bidyarthi Chakrabortty. I purchased a Philips LED TV model: Philips 40PFL4958, purchase date:[protected], name of dealer: Great Eastern. Now half of the screen has be ome blank. I raised a complaint to Philips on 18th August 2016. The technician visited us and took pictures qnd said the tv would be replaced since it is within warranty period. The tv came with a warranty of 3 years. We were provided with the number of the area service manager Mr. Subhajit Biswas who said he will replace the television. It is 1 month now and despite of several follow ups no steps have been takwn from their side. Mr. Biswas has also stopped picking up the calls.
