Purchased led tv 32pfl3230/v7 on 13-11-15 from great eastern. at that time they told there is 5 years full warranty on philips led tv. So i purchased it over others brands.But now on 3-4-17 when i registered complaint (patchy spot on screen) customer care told that it is 1(full tv)+4(rest on parts) yrs warranty and claiming 500rs and service tax from me. how they are making fool to customer? I request you to see the matter and make a step that not making fool to fellow customer. I also sending attach communication record with it. Was this information helpful? | |||
