Philips India — led tv in warrant taken for service but not returning. | |||
My 49" LED Philips TV stopped functioning on 15th Aug, I registered a complaint in Customer care on the same day and the service center employees came to home and they bring my TV on 18th Aug saying it will take a week to return. But its now more than a month they are not picking up the calls and they are not providing the status. The TV is in warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have reported a fault in me Televison set over 15 days ago, no one seems to be bothered to get this issue resolved. I have been told that there is a display fault and its awaiting parts. I have been made to run from pillar to post to get in touch with the concerned person however he never answers the call or doesn't call back.
