Philips LED Replacement Request Hi, Complaint Date:[protected] Complaint By: Bhavik katarmal I am writing this letter to drop your attention towards the problem i'm facing. I'm facing very bad customer service of Philips from very long time. I have raised a complaint towards my Philips LED TV on 17th January 2015 and its being more than a month but still there is no solution from your side. The LED is not working good. From last 50 days I regularly call to customer care but every time they gave excuse that the "part is not available". I spoke to Mr.savan.They also gave commitment to get the damaged part repaired soon but nothing happen. Every time when i call they have same thing to say that within 3 days part will be delivered replaced with the defected part but after 50 days they don't have the solution or part available with them. The purpose of this letter is to ask you to reconsider correcting this problem. I am using Philips product from very long time but this time Philips does nothing to resolve the issue except wanting me to wait for no. of days from very long time and even after that they don't have solution. I am requesting that Philips replace my defective television with the same or newest model at no cost to me. As now it became very much frustrating for me to track up my complaint everyday and call management. Hope Philips will understand the problem and maintain there customer by resolving such issues as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply. Please revert soon.
