Philips India — led tv under warranty period | |
I registered a complaint regarding malfunctioning of my led tv on 19/08/2019 with complaint no.[protected]. It has stopped working now. Even after one month of complain and repeated reminders, my problem is unattended. Even philips executives have stopped responding to my mails. It is very mentally harassing living without a tv in this digital world and this is happening due to pathetic service of philips. This is my final try to get my issue resolved, otherwise i would not be left with any other option rather than complaining in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
