It's brought to your notice with anguish that, I have bought Philips 5.1 Blu Ray Home theatre last Year. After some month of purchasing I am facing lots of problem with this music system. Whenever, I have tried to keep the system on after pressing the power Switch, the machine behaved abnormally and it''s looked hanged for long period. So, I am not being able to play music on that similar system which I have bought last year from Great Eastern at Uttarpara.
Feeling very irritating as within an year I m facing these kind of problem for twice and still your Service Centre couldn't able to assure me that when I will get the permanent solution regarding this. I have already registered AMC of this product and sent the system two times for servicing and to solve the malfunction occurred two times in a year. Despite of that I am not getting suitable action from your end. It's my request to you, kindly look in to this matter asap. Waiting for your earnest response.
